Health & Wellness Workshop: Core and Balance for Dynamic Aging
Join Master Trainer and Educator Diane McKallip for this fun and informative workshop on building and maintaining strength in the muscles that support us in our day-to-day activities. We will learn exercises and drills done both standing and on the mat. Diane will demonstrate a simple program that you can do at home; printed handouts will be supplied. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor. Adults of all ages are welcome!
Please bring your own mat and a towel.

Diane McKallip is a certified personal trainer as well as a certified Pilates instructor with a specialty in working with older adults. She managed and ran her own studio in Oakland, CA, for more than 40 years and now has a private practice in Philadelphia.
